Processing & Production
Most orders are produced within approximately 2–5 business days. Production times may vary during holidays, high volume periods, or due to circumstances outside our control.

Shipping
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information at the email address provided during checkout. Shipping times vary based on destination and shipping carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before submitting your order. Shop JeanIvy is not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.
